Led the design for three of the six iapps clients (Annenberg Foundation, Association of Baltimore Area Grantmakers and Aspen's caseplace.org) awarded "Standard of Excellence" awards by the Web Marketing Association (www.webaward.org).

Lead designer at Interactive Applications Group (iapps) when it was named the 7th largest interactive design firm by Washington Business Weekly.
2002 OUTSTANDING WEB SITE WEB AWARD
Led the design for Gill Foundation, awarded "Outstanding Website" awarded by the Web Marketing Association (www.webaward.org).
NIELSEN NORMAN GROUP REPORT: 10 BEST INTRANETS OF 2001
Led the user interface design for iapps' service community[apps], which was named one of the 10 Best Intranets of 2001 by the Nielsen Norman Group (www.nngroup.com/reports/intranet/2001/).
THE SNAP EXCEL WEB DESIGN EXCELLENCE AWARD 1998
Led the design and managed project for Fresh Cut Produce Association's Web site, which was awarded the Excel Design Excellence award by the Society of National Association Publications (SNAP).
